Ramzi Rasamny is a performance-focused finance and real estate professional with more than 30 years of experience in residential and commercial finance, real estate sales, development, relationship management, and strategic execution.
From 1987 through 2007, Ramzi worked throughout Connecticut and the Greater New York metropolitan area, building a substantial client base by helping individuals and businesses address their financing needs. He also managed sales training and professional development, strengthened team negotiation skills, and consulted with real estate developers on project financing, marketing, and sales strategy.
In 2007, Ramzi expanded his work internationally, playing a key role in the master planning of a large-scale residential development and supporting the marketing and sale of properties across Singapore, Dubai, China, Hong Kong, and the United States. He also served on the International Business Forum.
In 2018, Ramzi joined Century 21 UAE, where he used his market knowledge and professional relationships to serve a global partner network. His work included identifying markets with international investment potential, building a network of more than 700 real estate agents, leading international sales campaigns, and collaborating with Dubai government representatives to promote Dubai as an investment destination.
Ramzi relocated with his family to Northern Virginia in 2021. He reestablished his work locally and nationally by obtaining professional licenses in mortgage financing, real estate, and life insurance. He has served on the local Board of Directors of the Asian Real Estate Association of America, a national professional organization, and has earned certification as a qualified trainer for Virginia Housing's Homeownership Education Program.
Today, Ramzi brings together his experience in finance, real estate, development, and international markets to help clients understand their options and pursue sound strategies. His approach is grounded in transparency, professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to putting each client's financial goals first.
